A quick guide to making a healthy, delicious tuna pasta sauce - great recipe for dinner with family. Tip: the longer the sauce cooks, the more tasty it gets!
Tuna Pasta Sauce (serves approx. 6 plates of pasta)
3 cans of whole peeled tomatoes (400g each)
3 cans of tuna (180g each)
2 strips of chilli
1/4 cup capers
150g olives
2 onions
100g dried tomatoes (optional)
Fish sauce (optional)
Tomato concentrate (optional)
Salt, pepper and olive oil
