The cookie dough in these cupcakes contains no eggs (so you can worry less about salmonella), and who doesn't love brownie cupcakes? :)
The cookie dough recipe in this video fills roughly 20 cupcakes (we made extra to freeze for another time), while the brownie batter makes roughly 9 cupcakes; feel free to double or half the recipes as you need!
