How to make Carbonara: easy Italian video recipe
The original Carbonara recipe from Rome calls for Pecorino cheese and Guanciale (pig's jowl); these italian ingredients are however not always easy to get, and are often substituted by parmesan cheese and bacon instead. The original recipe also contains no cream :)
